We have a spacious double room for rent (single occupancy) in lovely, clean, terraced town house right in the heart of the creative quarter of Folkestone.

The bathroom has shower and bath and is newly decorated, while the kitchen has brand new appliances, including fridge freezer, washer/dryer and oven.

The room is situated at the top of the building (3rd floor), back of the property overlooking the old Folkestone library.

Rent includes all bills*, gas/electric/water/ council tax (D) etc and use of shared lounge /kitchen & WI-FI.

Prospective tenants must be okay with dogs - We have a 12yr old Bichon Frise called Charlie and a 6yr old King Charles spaniel called Maddie. (see photos) They live mainly in London but do come and stay on a few weekends and have their own room on the ground floor.

The house is located in the heart of Folkestone creative quarter and in beautiful condition. It is a quirky 3 bedroom terrace house which is elevated away from the main road. Spring terrace is a small row of just five properties, across the road is Folkestone's popular Tontine Street with its mix of new businesses, creative space and art studios.

It is also just a short walk to the harbour arm with its eclectic mix of bars and food stalls and of course incredible beach views.

There are 2 bus routes: 102 & 91, the later of which goes to Folkestone central Train station.

Local amenities include a Tesco local, Take away's, ASDA, Lidl, Pubs, Pharmacy and charity shops with Folkestone high street just 3 mins walk away,

There is a lovely park less than 1 min walk away and of course the sea front less than 5 mins away if you fancied a morning jog!

DRIVING: Free parking is available on Foord Rd after 6pm due to being permit controlled. We are a short drive to the M20 connecting us to the M25 and only 17 min drive to Dover, plus only 10 min drive to the Euro tunnel terminal.

Landlords are a gay couple so the new tenant must be comfortable living in this environment.
