Room for rent in house in Folkestone

I'm looking for a housemate to join me in my lovely home. It's situated round the corner a couple of minutes' walk from Radnor Park and Folkestone Central station and about a 5 minute walk from the town centre and the harbour.

The house has a big open plan dining/living area with open access to a fully equipped kitchen. Separate downstairs toilet, office area, utility room with washing machine and dryer, garden, shared main bathroom.

The available room's a double bedroom (approx 4m x 3m), and can be furnished if you don't have your own basic furniture (bed, chest of drawers) for the room.

On-street parking next to the house.

Bills which are included - Council tax, water, electricity, gas and broadband.
