This is more of a room rental than a typical full house share as I, the home owner, live here and take care of the cleaning and household duties as well as any maintenance. I am a yoga instructor and teach several classes from home during the day time as well as two evening classes. But there is little noise and lodgers are welcome to join in classes (space permitting)!
