Lovely, large, double room in terraced Victorian house is available from November, December.
The room is furnished with double bed and new mattress, dressing table, bedside table and a wardrobe. It has an old TV with free-view box in. In the house we have two toilets, and one bathroom for you to use. You will have access to the patio garden, use of kitchen (with all utensils), washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer. And cosy living room - is connected with the kitchen area. Our household is not luxurious, but it has nice cosy decor, it is clean and comfortable. You will be responsible for your room and will be expected to clean after yourself in the house.
We are live in-landlords mostly travelling. Therefore you will share our house mainly with our two friends. We are looking for qualities as we have ourselves. Someone responsible, hard worker. Person with a good sense of humour, open minded, hard working and clean tidy person. We are non-smokers, smoking is allowed only outside. We have no problem if you bring your friend for a cuppa a coffee, when we know about it. We do not accept heavy drinkers, alcoholics, drug users or people with problematic personalities. No parties in our house. We do not accept racism, chauvinism or any other fanaticism.
A Bit about the household :) I am Eastern European and my husband English, we have two small children. Our friends are both British couple. We all get along well. When I bake my cakes, I always share :) with a pleasure. Our house still needs a bit of work, but this doesn't affect the function of communal areas. Electricity, gas and water bills you share together with house mates equally. How much you use - that much you pay. The rest is included in your rent (as is council tax and TV licence). Internet, you will have to use your own mobile internet. We are fair and expect fairness back.
Parking is on our street, but requires parking permit - it cost £25 per year.
