This is more of a room rental than a typical full house share as I, the home owner, live here and take care of the cleaning and household duties as well as any maintenance. In addition, to the bedroom you will have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom. There is Double glazing throughout and Broadband wifi.

You should know that the hub of the home is the kitchen - that's where other housemates congregate.- the reason for this is that the living room has been converted into a yoga studio, where I teach during the day and a couple of evenings a week.
