Nice room in a quiet area of herne. large garden and conservatory with pool table. Use of washing machine, dishwasher, range cooker, internet and sky tv. The room has a fitted wardrobe and kingsize bed and a TV. Easy access to the A299, 10 minutes from Herne Bay sea front. 15 minutes from centre of Canterbury. We are 2 females and one teenager aged 17. Eldest has just gone away to uni. We also have a nice friendly cat. Easy going and friendly family, working professionals, Clean, tidy & happy home. One of us is currently studying a nursing degree at university, so we are looking to let spare room to assist with funds. We have previously rented the room out which were successful. Our current lodger is moving in with her boyfriend and will be leaving us at the end of October. Smoking is permitted outside only.
