I have a Bright, Good size Single room and a Double Room available to rent in a house close to Maidstone town. Just 4 minutes walk to the town centre.

This is in a victorian terrace house in Maidstone and looking for someone to share with. The room is furnished (some of the items in the pics are from the old tenant).

Large garden. Parking available (permit can be obtained).

Less than 5 min walk to Maidstone town.

Two separate toilets.

All bills included, Gas, Electricity, Water, Concil Tax and WiFi.

Would prefer someone quiet, professional and friendly. No smoking inside the house please.
