A new and beautiful luxurious co-living home, offering superb quality accommodation by Lykke Haus (more on that later). Fully furnished with bespoke built-in furniture, rooms come with all bills included, complimentary Netflix, fibre broadband and weekly cleaner of the communal spaces. Has its own Wi-Fi port in the room with superb speed.

Meticulously designed and renovated throughout. It offers fully finished bedrooms with a bespoke double bed and spring & memory foam mattress, a desk with a chair, plenty of storage space and its own flatscreen smart television, complimentary fibre broadband and Netflix subscription. In the era of "work from home" technology is critical, that's why it is equipped with a specialist grade wi-fi system and each room has a 24 hour helpline.

The house was designed with the end user in mind and features:
· Five toilets in total and Four designer bathrooms.
· One of the bedrooms have their own en-suite.
· Rooms vary in sizes, which is reflected in the price.
· All bedrooms share bathroom with one other room only, as the house features one bathroom per floor (four floors in total).

The space boasts a designer kitchen & kitchenette, open plan dining room and luxurious living area with smart TV, and sofa. Including all brand new white goods, induction hobs, self-cleaning ovens and some bespoke storage facility.

There is a small outside courtyard and a parking space. Bicycle racks are provided.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

You’re probably wondering what “Lykke Haus” means and how it is applied to this home. Lykke (pronounced /løkə/, [ˈløɡ̊ə], or Luuh Kah) is the Danish word for HAPPINESS. It's a concept which denotes that at the root of everything, we are looking to feel comfortable. The way an interior looks is as important as its function, and those in Scandinavia have this down to a fine art.

Conveniently situated right at the heart of Margate, offering excellent transport links - just one minute walk to a bus stop, 20 minutes walk to a train station with a speedy train to London in just 1h 25m.
