Fully heated with two bathrooms and toilets Suitable for students who studies are taking place at one of the local Collages or the Canterbury Christchurch University in Broad-stairs. We do also accept working people on short let terms as the house is also convenient for the local hospital The house is close to the main North down shopping area including a late opening Tesco. The house is well served by many shops and takeaways. It is close to the main bus routes and only 15 minutes walking from Margate train station. allowing you to travel anywhere with ease The landlord lives locally so is easy to contact for any little problems if needed. There are two rooms available at the moment. But as students leave for the main summer break other rooms may become available. You are welcome to come and view the house and bring a mate or parents, I am sure you will not be disappointed. Over the years many students have returned the following year and some even completing the full 3 years of the course. More information/details please send me a email or call me.
