Room to rent in large Victorian Town House

I have a single room to rent in my Victorian Town House. Set over 4 floors, there is a huge amount of space to share.

I am currently only looking to rent this room out for up to 6 months.

Downstairs is all open plan with front door, cellar, living area with open fire, dinning area with table and chairs and a kitchen with a small utility room off it (washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges).

There are 2 bathrooms that you will share. The first has a shower unit, toilet and sink, the second has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink.

There is a lounge upstairs on the ground floor which leads into a conservatory with access to the small walled garden.

The single bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.

This is lovely house and we are slowly redecorating the whole house over the next 12 months.

Ideally looking for a single professionals over the age of 25.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept dss, couples, smokers or pets.
