Single room for Single Occupant to let in spacious clean - fairly quiet newly refurbished Victorian house with retired Husband (Ex Maintenance Manager) & Wife (Ex NHS Staff / Retired but young spirited :-) We are a friendly welcoming Household
The House consists of Two Receptions /Large Kitchen -Diner /Four bedrooms/One upstairs Shower room with W. C & hand basin Your Rent will include : all Bills excluding telephone and food .A newly carpeted /decorated room with single bed & chest of drawers hanging rail -bed linen & towels provided if required
You will also have communal use of the house
There is a Tumble Dryer /Washing Machine for your laundry and Internet facilities & Sky TV
There is a Garden & Loft space for storage of small items /other details to be discussed
We are looking for a friendly clean & tidy professional person or person studying who will feel comfortable as though they are part of the family.. but also we will respect your privacy This room is available from Now! Loop bus stop to nearby Westwood Shopping Centre ,Margate Sea front & Hospital, Broadstairs & Ramsgate is just 5 min walk from House - Street Parking Please note this room will be available for up to 2/3 months unless you decide to move with us to our new home in the local area :-) No Couples or DSS accepted .I look forward to hearing from you
