A beautiful room available in an elegant Regency house in a charming and quiet Regency street.

The room is very large with a large bay window and original fireplace. It is large enough to use as your own sitting room. It is elegantly furnished with 2 built in wardrobes. It is at the front of the house and has views of the newly refurbished, beautfiul library. All bedding and towels can be supplied. Included in the rent is a cleaning service of the room and bathroom.

The occupant of the room has 90% sole use of the luxury bathroom.

The house is very close to the town centre which means the harbour and sandy beaches and "cafe society" are just a few minutes away, as are Waitrose and the High Street. Buses closeby go to to Sandwich and Discovery Park, Broadstairs and Margate.

This is a sociable house and you will be sharing with the landlady so there is room for an occadional chat over a cuppa and have your own space too. It has a large kitchen diner with wood burning stove. There is a range cooker, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine available to use. All cookware, pans, china, etc are also available to use. In addition we have a wireless broadband connection. Another feature is the beautiful newly renovated library just at the end of the street. There is free but limited parking available on the street and nearby.

Rent includes all bills and cleaning service. The rent is paid weekly in advance. The deposit required is 3 weeks rent ie £375. References are a necessity. If the room is required for weekdays only or only part of the week/month then, if the unoccupied days are the same each week, then there may be a reduction in the rent charged.
