House:
4 storey Victorian property. Finished and decorated to high standard. Large farmhouse style kitchen/dining room with 8 hob range cooker and dining table to seat 8. Kitchen has a fireplace and log burner. Also a separate utility room with washing machine, toilet etc and access to a large patio garden. Separate lounge area with wooden floorboards and fireplace, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, large garden/BBQ area. Most rooms have fireplaces and chandelier lights.

People:
Lovely people, easy to get along with. Working professionals, easy going and good fun.

Location:
5 minutes walk to the beach, 5-10minutes walk to the bars, restaurants, marina etc. Free parking in road. Thanet loop and bus stop 1 minute walk at end of road. Train station about 15minutes walk.

Extra Info:
All bills included except gas which is on a pay as you go gas card, easily topped up at a few nearby shops. House has wifi. Minimum one months notice from either party after initial agreed time of stay.
