mattresses, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobes, and desks if needed and black out blinds. Bedding, sheets duvet covers can be provided. Also Tv can be provided too. ie on the wall or a tv stand.

A extremely comfortable lounge which has a two seater leather recliner and two reclining chairs along with a tv and views over the garden.

The brand new kitchen with an induction hob along with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and also a very large pantry for additional storage and an airing cupboard.

The brand new bathroom wtih bath, shower and the separete loo.

There is also another spare room that could be used as a computer room or just a store room.
