The room would be ideal for students or someone who works full time and is looking for a nice cozy place to rest.
The room is furnished with a single bed.
No pets or smokers.

The Deposit of £300 is required to be paid on the day you move in and its refundable with 1 month notice. Minimum stay is 6 months.
