Two rooms in a lovely big family home

We have two spare rooms in our lovely big home which we would like to let. The first is a furnished large single/twin room. It is lovely and bright with a huge picture window overlooking our balcony. The furnishings can be adjusted as needed. The second is a massive double, bigger than most master bedrooms, with two huge sash windows and an option for some furnishings. For couples we would negotiate a slightly higher price for either room.
We would share my large homely kitchen, which has a dining table and crazily comfortable sofa, and I have two bathrooms that we'd also share (as one has a bath and the other a shower)
The house is in a lovely quiet residential part of town, but is only a 10 minute walk to the centre and very close to the local bus routes.
I also have two small furry housemates already! My two beautiful house cats. They are indoor only so you'd have to be respectful of that and careful with doors and windows, and you could have as little or as much to do with them as you liked, they are both very friendly and cuddly!
