Rent includes all bills including wifi, weekly £90 or monthly £380. One month rent in advance to secure room, and then rent paid either weekly or monthly in advance.
The cost of any meals will be additional to the rent and a fixed price can be negotiated at time of securing room. Cooking in the rooms is not permitted, however tea and coffee making facilities can be arranged if required, although use of the kitchen is permitted for cooking and preparing drinks, just keep it clean!!!
The house is very well situated for commuting to London, the South East coast, Ashford or Maidstone. London, Victoria is conveniently accessible on the Clarkes Coach route 761 and 762, alternatively it is just a 15 minute walk to Strood Station (or 5 minute drive) and the High Speed train link to St Pancras (32 minutes).
