Hi, I have a double bedroom available in Rochester (8/10 minute walk from the train station) for £400 pcm, all bills included. The street is nicely tucked away from the main roads but the house is still very close to all amenities and Rochester and Chatham centres. There are always spaces on the street/adjoining streets to park if you have a car. The kitchen, bathroom and living/dining areas are all shared. There is broadband throughout the property and also Sky TV. It also has a garden with decking for summer BBQ's.

I'm looking for a professional who is clean, tidy, courteous and respectful. Ideally we'd be able to socialise from time-to-time but I will equally respect your privacy whenever you want it, and vice versa.
