Double room, inc all bills - refurbished!

As landlords we've always maintained that if a house is not presented to a standard we would want to live in ourselves then it is not fit to rent to anybody else. As such we've gone to a great deal of effort and expense to present what we feel is possibly the best house share on the market.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws, it also has a sink in the corner for added convenience. The shower for this room is shared with one other male (not the whole house).

We always try and create a balanced household with a mixture of different people who we feel would get on well. At the moment there are two professional females and one male. The outgoing tenant is male and is only leaving as he's moving back to Australia. In the interest of maintaining the balance we're looking for a male tenant preferably aged 25-40 but will consider all based on their own situation.

All bills including gas, electric, water, Virgin media and council tax are paid by us.

Unfortunately we will not accept anyone on DSS and we prefer non-smokers as no smoking is allowed inside the house.

The deposit is 1 months rent.
