The rest of the house is fully furnished with spacious open plan lounge and dining room leading through to a separate study and separate kitchen with all the required mod cons, fresh and clean bathroom (with powerful shower!) and cute self-contained garden with a shed - great for bike storage. There is also plenty of storage in the rest of the house.

The third bedroom is a handy spare room with gorgeous views of the garden - useful for the occasional overnight guest or drying the washing!

The house is in a lovely quiet street, 15 minutes walk from historic Rochester's high street, castle, cathedral & shops, cafes, bars & restaurants. Fast trains from Rochester to London (Victoria or Kings Cross) take from just 38 mins!

There is also on-street (non permit) parking outside.

A bit about me...I'm 38 years old and am ideally looking for another female to share with who has their own interests but is also up for the odd glass of wine or night out now and again. I'm really keen to find someone that wants a place that is clean and tidy and wants to make it feel like home rather than just a roof over their head.
