Master bedroom in house with ample communal space

*summer only let* The master bedroom is available to rent in this good sized three bed house in Sevenoaks. The house currently has 1 occupant. Looking for one person to rent the master bedroom for four months (from June 1st to September 30th). The property has three bedrooms (the smallest of which you will be able to use for guests), one main bathroom, a sitting room, office, kitchen diner, utility area, downstairs small shower room/toilet, double garage and front and back garden. The room is available from the start of August. The house has a dishwasher, washing machine, broadband, tv with bt sport and off street parking. I (the owner) have indefinitely moved to Canada. I am looking for professionals who like to keep the space tidy and maintain the property as a nice place to live. Appropriate age range would be 19-late 30s because the current occupant is a professional in their 20s. The price includes all bills (including council tax).
