Lovely private house in country lane with excellent services for London and local towns. Hildenborough mainline station, 40 mins Charing X is 2 miles away.
Lovely room with views of garden and fields. Own shower/bath next door, occasional use by friends and family staying. Room was a double but now has a single bed, happy for it to be a double again with single occupancy. Beautiful garden, use of pool if ever the weather is good enough!
I have well behaved dogs, so an animal lover would be an advantage! Horses in the fields, possibility of a stable for a horse if needed.
Easy, comfortable atmosphere would suit sociable, happy, professional person.
