Female to share BEDROOM with Female dance student?

Looking for a female to share a spacious bedroom with a female dance student who is already living here named holly. The bedroom has 2 single beds, a large Shared wardbrobe, and chest of draws. Only females will be considered of course!!
Might be better suited to a student who wants cheap accommodation whilst studying.
Flat is around 650 square foot so shared rooms are fairly spacious. . The £325 is inclusive of WiFi, and all bills... (except phone-calls made on land line).
I'm a 35 year old male photographer/cocktail barman. I will be in the second bedroom.
Any questions about the room just ask! The flat is based on Sidcup high street, Southeast London. It is zone 5 but it is just 12 minutes walk to Sidcup station and only a 30 minute direct train to central London. Also, bus services outside the flat, with direct links to Orpington, Lewisham, Greenwich, Blackheath, Woolwich, BexleyHeath, Bromley, etc. Let me know if you would like to view or have any questions about the flat, location, or me.
