Furnished with a single bed, no wardrobe but there are storage draws under the bed and a hanging clothes rail. Plus I will be getting a chest of draws.
The room has a shared bathroom located on the first floor. WiFi access as well as all bills and furnishings are included in the rental. Large living room plus break out / meal area are great to chill out in.

The room is located near to Sittingbourne town centre, full access to a range of local shops nearest supermarket is 5 min walk, as well as the Sittingbourne regeneration project that has seen a lot of investment arrive in the town. You can now catch a movie in the new 8 screen cinema and then relax in one of the new restaurant chains next door. Sittingbourne is brilliantly connected; make use of the mainline train station and you will have your feet in London within 1 hour and Dover can be reached within 40 minutes. Road links are also good with the M2 and M20 4 miles and 9 miles, respectively.
