Large double bedroom

Large double bedroom, shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. I live in the property with 1 dog and 2 cats.
I need mature professional, can accept a dog ( I would not recommend cat as my kitty is very naughty with cats). Furniture on your choice can be removed if you have some. Please note bed has to stay, no room to store it.
Very quiet area, safe, green.
Due to my and my dog’s health I will be living downstairs with the access to the garden, living room is upstairs and basically for your use ( I have some bits there stored away). I’m very laid back person but I need clean and tidy professional. It is not high standard house, but I’m sure you’ll be happy living here as I am. I’ll turn front garden into something more cozy. Smoking only outside, no drugs, parties, etc.
