I have a Lovely 2 bedroom ground floor flat (own entrance) newly rennovated with flooring and freshly decorated.

Flat has a hall and a large sitting room, good size kitchen, nice bathroom and a very large garden backing into farm land, in south side of Tunbridge Wells.

It is easy parking around here and also 10 minutes walking distance to the Town center

I am quite flexible should you wish to stay for short or long time.

The double room is facing the garden has sun in the morning.
There is a spacious cupboard and a bed

I am looking for a professional, male/ female to share the flat with.
