Fun and Friendly House Share

We are looking for a fun and friendly female to come and enjoy our beautiful home with us!!

I have a fully furnished, very spacious converted attic room to rent within my three bedroom property in the St James area of Tunbridge Wells. The furnishings include a double bed, built-in wardrobe a chest of draws and dressing table.
My housemate is sadly moving on and so myself, Beth and the cats Marley and pancake are looking for a nice girl to come and enjoy our home as much as we do. Myself and Beth are quite social people, but tend to keep quite quiet during the weeknights. I'm 27 and Beth is 21. We are clean people and both enjoy cooking and more importantly having a good girly natter over a glass or two of wine!! But we do enjoy our own space now and again also.
The cats are both really friendly, fully house trained and more importantly, their toilet is outside!
The room is on for £600pcm, but this does include all bills Inc broadband. There is off road parking available, a very pretty rear garden (if I do say so myself ;) ), and a very big shed/outhouse to the rear, which provides extra storage if needed.
