Double room available in 4-bedroom Victorian end terrace house on quiet street within 10 minutes walk of town centre, 10 minutes walk from small shops for milk, papers etc. 15 minutes walk to High Brooms train station or 20 minutes walk in the other direction to Tunbridge Wells main station. 50 minutes to London. Good bus links to surrounding areas, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Maidstone & Brighton, are available from town centre. Street parking available.

The house has an open plan kitchen/dining room, cosy separate sitting room and a small sunny garden.
The room is fully furnished, recently decorated and is a good large sized room with double bed and built in large wardrobe space. Dressing table, stool, mirror, lots of shelving and large double wardrobe for your use. The room is quiet and looks over the front garden. There is a TV aerial & connection in room but you would need your own tv. Shared bathroom facilities: bathroom, separate shower room and two toilets. You are welcome to cook and do laundry and there is a tumble dryer. Street parking available and we are close to good small supermarkets and local bars & restaurants.

You would be sharing with my partner and myself and my daughter -my partner and I work full time and my daughter part time. We are a busy, friendly and sociable family.

My eldest daughter has just moved to London, vacating the spare room. She is a nurse so we are used to her working shifts if you need quiet during the day. We are looking for a clean and tidy professional person who is employed, who would be happy to fit in with normal household/family life.
Rent pcm includes bills and currently includes washing and basic cleaning. Meals are mot included but rent could be negotiated up if meals are required. (Great cooking!)

The room is available from mid November. We are looking for a friendly, flexible professional who will fit in with a busy family.
