St John's Quarter - Double room

I am a fun, sociable, professional who is looking for another housemate to share my clean and comfortable home. I have a double room available for rent. The room has recently been redecorated, is furnished and there is a large built in wardrobe. The bedrooms are not en-suite but I do have 2 bathrooms, one of which, a shower room, is shared by my 2 housemates. Housemates have full use of all communal areas which includes a well equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge and utility. There is high speed broadband. I have a courtyard garden with barbecue. I live in the vibrant St Johns area of town - 5 mins walk to town centre and 15 mins to station. Although I do not have off road parking, street parking is not a problem. I have great amenities right on the doorstep - 3 bars, Sainsbury local, M&S local, Tesco and the usual range of takeaway food outlets. I have had housemates for 3 years now and we have all got on brilliantly sharing the odd dinner and a few pints in our local bars, so I am sad that my longstanding tenant is moving on due to a new job. I am looking for a quiet, clean, respectful housemate for an easy going houseshare experience.
