Lovely room in homely flat

Large top floor split-level flat in a Victorian house on a quiet road close to main town (10 minute walk), train stations (in between Tunbridge Wells and High Brooms) and shops.

The flat is lovely and big, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. There is a spacious, comfortable and homely lounge, large bathroom, separate toilet and laundry closet, and plenty of storage as there is a basement. We've got YouView with phone and reliable wireless broadband. There is a drive with space for one car (already in use), as well as free on-road parking right outside. We have a small front garden, where we've planted lots of flowers, and very large back garden with picnic table which we enjoy gardening and spending time in (when it's sunny!)

There are three large double bedrooms, two at the front of the house and one at the back overlooking the garden. One at the front will be available from early January. It has a large window, ornate original fireplace and fitted double wardrobe. It is unfurnished although has ample space for a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and more. The rest of the flat has been furnished by us and made nice and homely :)

We are two single girls, aged 26 and 30, who have lived together here for 18 months, one of us having lived here for five years in total with various lovely people.

We like cooking (especially brunch / anything with avocado!), days in and out, seeing our friends, and enjoy chilling out together over a long dinner with (quite) a few gins! We have a good balance as are both very sociable but have busy jobs and understand that we also need our own space at times too.

We're looking for another single, friendly, sociable, clean and tidy person to join us. It's important for us to live with someone else who will treat our house as a true home and be more of a friend than a flatmate!
