I have a room to rent in a shared house for a female, single occupancy.
At present there is myself Tony (56) & Helen (48) living here. A quiet, friendly household and would prefer somebody sociable. It’s just over five minutes walk into town centre. The room has just been redecorated with new carpet, furniture and bedding. There is a courtyard garden which gets the evening sun. Smokers are ok, but no smoking in the house please.
