The studio is completely self contained with its own kitchen and shower room. All bills are included. The main room has 3 large windows which get the morning sun. FRANT Road is really central, only 7 minutes from the Pantiles which has numerous cafes and bars. The studio was refurbished a couple of years ago. It has one large radiator that creates enough warmth on the coldest of days.
There is a front garden that you can use and a shared driveway where you can park.
It is part furnished with bed, laura ashley sofa, chest of drawers and Desk.
Both of my previous lodgers have stayed from 1-3 years.
