Hello and a very warm welcome to a professional and newly decorated home in the most ideal of locations. Being situated in one of Tunbridge Wells's most attractive areas, living here is an absolute joy and is ideal if you like having everything on your doorstep.

Your bedroom is furnished with brand new furniture including wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and bedside table and lamp. All mattresses are brand new too. A generous light bathroom with inclusive shower, and lavatory, and also a further shower room with lavatory so no queueing ever!

There is a lovely contemporary Kitchen with real oak floors overlooking a pretty and private back garden that always looks its best because my professional gardener tends to it. It is ideal for BBQ's and a glass of white wine on a warm summer's evening.

The Kitchen is fully equipped including oven, hob, a fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and plenty of cupboard space.

The kitchen lounge is also equipped with with new armchairs and large 48" TV. Along with unlimited 50mb fibre optic broadband.

There is cycle space available in the garden.

Your rent includes all bills (Council tax and Utilities) and fortnightly cleaning of communal areas included in the rental.

The best of what Tunbridge Wells has to offer is literally on your doorstep and the immediate area feels safe, close to nature and is in an elevated position.

Professional, working people welcome aged between 19 and 39 - no pets and strictly no smoking inside house whatsoever. Sorry no couples.

If you decide to take the room there is a non refundable fee of ÂÂà ‚Â£150 which pays for your credit check, drawing up of contracts, inventory, and check in and out costs. There are no further costs if you decide to stay longer than 6 months.

If you are concerned you might not pass a credit check for whatever reason, I am happy to explore other options such as supplying a guarantor.

The Ideal Tenant: This would suit you if you are looking for really comfortable quality accomodation with all bills included, and if you are a professional working in Tunbridge Wells who enjoys the friendly yet respectful company of other young professionals.

Once you are a tenant in one of my properties, you also have a say about who moves in to share the accommodation with you when a room becomes available. This is a reflection of my absolute commitment to ensuring a really harmonious home, however long you stay. My rule of thumb is that if I would not be entirely comfortable living with someone myself, then I do not expect my tenants to either.

I would like to add that the recent referendum result was a particular disappointment to me, and I would therefore like to emphasise how very welcome all Europeans are as my tenants. It is thanks to our multi-cultural and multi-racial mix that England is such a wonderful place to live and work.
