Double room to rent in Tunbridge Wells Flat Share

We are looking for a new flat mate for our flat share!

Currently living here are three women professionals. We get on really well and hang out a lot and we really want to find a flat mate who is also laid back and easy to get on with.

The room is a double, unfurnished (bar the wardrobe). It has it's own thermostat incase it gets cold in winter (highly unlikely though as it's usually pretty warm in the flat.

Smokers are welcome, although we don't smoke in the flat, there is a good sized balcony for where you can sit and smoke at your leisure!

The cost is £500 pm including all bills and wifi. There's parking in abundance on the road outside the flat (some spaces are allocated but there are many free ones).

I am moving out on the 7th October and so ideally need someone moved in that weekend.
