Good size ground floor bedroom in quiet, friendly family home. The room has direct access into a bathroom, which could be used as private, ensuite bathroom for short stays of up to a week for a higher rate - £150 instead of the standard £100 a week.

The room is also suitable for someone with mobility difficulties as there are no steps or stairs either outside or inside.

The room is simply but newly furnished, currently with twin beds, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and chairs. There’s a TV point.

We are a quiet but friendly household of two, plus cat. The house is close to the Dover Road so quick access to Dover and beyond. 5 minutes from the beach and Walmer Castle in a lovely, quiet leafy part of Walmer. Parking out front, off the road and some storage room in the garage if needed.
