I have one lovely single furnished rooms to rent in my house at £85 pw including all bills water rates, tv licence, Council Tax, Broad band and phone line. There will be an extra charge of £10 per week for gas/electric and a kitty for household sundries eg loo roll. National Phone Calls are free from 6pm to 6am monday to Friday and all weekend. Other calls must be paid for.
The room is painted yellow, has a small 4ft Double bed and double wardrobe. It is small but the house is large and there are two living rooms to chill out in.

The kitchen is fully fitted including a fridge freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher and there is an extra chest freezer in the garage.

The Dining room has an oak table with 6 chairs and the Sitting room has two sofas , large coffee table, 32" flatscreen with DVD and freeview channels.

The bathroom is newly decorated and there is a lovely 120ft garden with expensive garden furniture and swing seat/bed. The drive can accomodate 3/4 cars and has an electric gate for security.

I am looking for a professional non smoker who likes animals as I have a very friendly female dog and cat. I am a semi-vegitarian so a non meat eater would be perfect but not essential. References are essential please. My other housemate is a lady who is out from 9am - 9pm mon-Fri and most of the weekend.

The bus stop is a 2 minute walk for buses to Bromley approx 7 mins and Hayes 5 mins. Bromley South to Victoria is 16 mins. Hayes Station goes to London Brige, Canon St and Charing Cross as does West Wickham which is a approx 10 min walk.

My house is opposite a lovely park and close to lots of amenities for shopping etc and a short bus journey to Croydon and is in a very lovely area between Hayes and West Wickham.
