I have a single room to rent in my 3 bedroom, it is not a big room, however it has a single 3ft bed and space for clothing, i own the property and live with my daughter. we are both professionals, so ideally looking for someone who works, we are really easy going and down to earth.
I have 2 dogs and a cat so must like animals, they are very friendly,
You will have free use of the rest of the house, lounge, diner, kitchen, bathroom and garden. you will not have access to the other 2 bedrooms.
You may use the kitchen for all meals however I do not supply food neither will I do your cooking.
My home is very clean and tidy so you must keep it as you find it.
