have a single room to rent in my 3 bedroom and it is comfortable and clean. i own the property and live with my daughter. we are both professionals, so ideally looking for someone who works, we are really easy going down to earth and friendly.
I have 2 dogs and a cat so must like animals, they are very friendly,
You will have free use of the rest of the house, lounge, diner, kitchen, bathroom and garden. you will not have access to the other 2 bedrooms.
We are very easy going and want you to feel comfortable and at home. Our home is very clean and tidy so you must keep it as you find it.
