I am a Dutch woman who keeps her house clean, tidy and well maintained.

I have the second bedroom available to a male / female / couple. You will be sharing the house with my 23 year old son and a young professional couple.

The room comes with a shared shower room (shower / sink + storage) - it will be shared with my son only.

The house has been refurbished to a high standard, is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with enough parking for residents only so if you are looking for a welcoming house / room with a homely atmosphere and not just any house share I would recommend you view the room at your earliest convenience :)

The rent would include normal use of gas/electricity/water, wireless broadband, Virgin Media TV (in the living room). In addition any potential telephone use would be charged. �600 rent for couples and I will charge for extra gas & electricity if you are unemployed / home all day.

Ashford International train station is a 13 min walk away, Designer Outlet about 8 min and walking to town would take you around 20 min. I am a 5 min drive away from J10 / M20.
