Room available from July- Glasgow southside flat

Hello 👋
My current lodger is moving out, so the room will be available from 1st July 2024.

Room:
Good sized bedroom with sliding built in
mirrored wardrobes. Double bed, and bedside tables.

The Flat:
Top floor flat to share with owner occupier. Shared bathroom, kitchen / diner, and large living room. Communal garden with shared outside seating. Unrestricted, permit-free parking.

Location:
In Pollokshields on the southside of Glasgow. Short walk to Shields Road subway station. Bus and train connections also closeby.

Me:
Late 30s, gay male in retail management. I have varied interests ... some evenings I enjoy running, gardening, going to the cinema, and seeing friends and family. Other evenings I like to relax in the flat with the television or a good book. I also enjoy hill walking and cooking.


You:
I'm looking for someone tidy, respectful and considerate to share my flat with. Good sense of humour also appreciated! It would be nice to find someone sociable who wants to be mates too. We all need our space at times but I don't want to live with someone who hides in their bedroom all the time!
