I am looking for an easygoing, clean person to share my Waterfront flat. You would be sharing with Regan, a forty year old professional working in the city. She is chilled but happy to socialise once in a while... is LGBT friendly and very easy going. Regan works for BT full time and likes music , concerts , socialising , travelling , eating and the odd glass of wine if it's not a school night. I can put you in touch if reqd via skype. Viewing is possible but within the context of social distancing and appropriate protection if still reqd. I am looking for long term reliability....and of course cleanliness. If you are looking for a more executive style let this is a really nice, quiet, sunny, ground floor Waterfront flat and is situated in lovely communal gardens on the south side of the Clyde, near pedestrian bridge to the financial district. It is quiet and peaceful, considering its close proximity to the city - only 5 mins walk to central station. There is easy access to M8, M77 and M74 and good transport links with bus and subway (giving you access to the West End). Springfield Quay Cinema is five mins walking distance with a range of eateries and entertainment. The new Barclays building is practically on the doorstep.

The flat is well presented and is very well equipped with kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes etc. It has a 40" LCD TV and a communal Sky connection is available via factors making it easy to contract to sky if you wish. There is private residential parking...tenant is responsible for arranging permit with factors free of charge.
