4 Bedroom flat in Anniseland

Sadly one our wonderful flat mates will be moving out on the 1st of July as such we are looking to replace them. we are not very picky and are just looking for sound folks to move in. the three current occupants are myself (21), Racheal (26) and Lauren (26). we are ideally looking to find a new flatmates asap and who are ready to move in from the 28th of July.

We live in Anniesland, which is a 25 minute walk from the west end and has tremendous transport links to the city centre and beyond! There is a train station on our doorstep and busses every 5/10 minutes to the west end and city center. ideal for students in particular Anniesland is very close to the university of Glasgow vet school. We live directly across the road from a morrisons and a 5 minute walk to Aldi and m&s. There is also a Greggs, subway and McDonalds all withing a short distance of the flat, as well as a small pub on the canal.

the flat itself is two floors with two bedrooms and a bathroom situated on each, downstairs there is a kitchen and a shared living room with a balcony.

we aren't looking for anyone in particular to move in, however it would be great for everyone in the flat to get along. The flat is a queer friendly space and being a homophobe/transphobe of any kind is a complete deal-breaker obviously. I myself am a chef working in a Korean restaurant in the west end as such the kitchen in the flat is incredibly well stocked with all the utensils and kitchen gadgets to make a Michelin starred meal, Racheal is currently studying in the university of Glasgow. We are a laid back flat however we do make a keen effort to keep the place tidy as it can get quite messy very quickly with 4 people living here at the same time. we also have a Nintendo Switch and Tv with fire stick witch of course anyone is welcome to use. we like to occasionally hang out play games or have a nice meal together but we understand people need space and no one ifs going to force you to join obviously.

Finally the moment you've all been waiting for, the rent is £425 a month which is thankfully relatively cheap for the area, council tax and internet ad up to around £60 and gas and electricity are around £40 to £80 depending on our electricity deficit and fluctuating gas prices. all told the we usually pay around £550 a month. all the bills will be sorted by yours truly and all you will have to do is send over the total each month. There is also deposit of £425 for the room.
