Double Room In Furnished Flat

The bedroom will be completely clean, I just cannot touch the room until the current flatmates tenancy ends on the 25th. Bedroom will come with bed, drawers, wardrobe and a bedside table.

Flat is located in Kinning Park and is in walking distance to Cessnock and Kinning Park Subway Station. Bus stop next to flat which leads to Braehead/Paisley and Glasgow City Centre. The flat is also close to Science Centre, the Hydro and the Quay Cinema. It takes me about 30/35 minutes to walk to the UofG from the flat

About Myself – I’m 20 years old and I am about to finish my third year of Law and Philosophy at the University of Glasgow. I currently work part time in retail

Would be great to have a flatmate that i could become friends with, but as long as we can get at least get along. I'm happy to take down any decorations in the communal area that you don't like, its a shared space after all. Tidiness/cleanliness is a must, I'm not asking for the place to be spotless, but I have shared with tenants in the past who have left dishes out until they've become covered in mold and I do not want to deal with that again.
