Spacious double bedroom near Cessnock subway available from July onwards. Open to short term to start with and long term if it goes well.
This would be a lodgers agreement with a small deposit.
Presently, my brother is currently the third tenant but he will likely have moved out by September. We’re from Australia and have both ventured across vast oceans to now live here, much to our parents’ dismay. I know, wild ☔️
The flat is top floor (block of 6 tenement flats). There’s a big kitchen and living room, one bathroom, and an office space I work from 2 days per week. The communal garden is in average condition. It’s important to note I’m doing up the flat bit by bit, so it’s not perfect and there may be tradies in occasionally or me in overalls painting 🎨🖌
It’s 30 mins walk to Finnieston, 20 mins drive to Glasgow airport, 1 min walk to Cessnock subway and the 9 bus. On street parking can get a bit busy on game days but is otherwise fine.
Ideally looking for someone sociable who respects others’ space too. Loves a chilled night in but equally a pint at the pub. Open to well behaved dogs if you’ve got one or two, but any pets would include a monthly £60 cash flat deep cleaning fee 🐶
