Double room in Pollokshields

Looking for someone to replace me in our fantastic flat in Pollokshields before I move south.

The Flat

It’s a ground floor tenement near Maxwell Square Park. The room is large and comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, mirror and desk. The furniture is then yours to do with as you wish - sell or keep. It’s quite empty at the moment as I’ve already moved out most of my things but I’m including a picture in all its glory to show the full potential!

The rest of the flat is equally great, with a huge living room and kitchen.

Located just five minutes walk from Pollokshields East station, you can be in the city centre in 15 mins. Shields Road subway is also nearby making it a more accessible area of the south side.

You’ll be living with my lovely, fun friend Clem. He's super chill and social. We can all meet and chat beforehand to make sure it’s the right fit.

We’re looking for someone to be signed onto the lease by July 1st but ideally someone who could move in asap in.

Professionals only for council tax reasons. No students, sorry.

Rent is £512 per month, bills come to roughly £150-200 per month. You’ll need to provide references to our letting agent and pay a deposit (£750). Council Tax band C.
