Furnished double room in Glasgow City Centre

I've got a bedroom available for rent in my two-bedroom flat from 6 June 2024.

The room has a king-size bed, 2 side-tables, a full-length mirror, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.

Shared areas include a fully-stocked kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a spacious living room with a dining table. A 1 Gb/s internet connection is available.

The flat itself is on the top floor of a high-rise apartment building right next to Cowcaddens Subway station. It's a short 10-minute walk to Buchanan Bus Station and a 20-minute walk to either Glasgow Central or Queen Street train stations.

The rental amount does not include bills. Council tax, WiFi, gas, and electric will be divided equally. For reference, average total bills have been between £120 to £150 per month each, for the last three months.
