I am a leave-out landlord renting a double bedroom, with Ensuite Shower-Room, in the City Center of Glasgow.

The room is part of a two-bedroom flat. One of the two bedrooms is occupied by another tenant. She is a 30y old professional, with a degree in occupational therapy.
I'm looking for a second tenant, for a long-term rent (min 1 year). Someone tidy, clean and respectful.

The available bedroom is furnished, with laminate timber effect flooring, a double bed, a bedside table, a desk and chair, a built-in wardrobe and access to a well-finished en-suite shower room.

Bills are NOT included and arrangements should be made with the current tenant for splitting these.

Council tax band E

The flat is of a comfortable size, with a bright and spacious open-plan Living/Kitchen/Dining area.

Newly installed Viessman combi-boiler.
