The flat is close to Jordanhill train station and is 5min away and it takes you to city centre. And hyndland is 11mins and it takes you to city centre. The flat also features a rooftop garden. bills inclusive (council tax and utilities) and students get's a discount because of council tax exempt. Couple can be considered at an adjusted rent.
