My ground floor is in a superb location. Shared kitchen, bathroom, living / dining. Large communal garden to the rear of the property and small private garden to the front of the property.

Furnished spacious double bedroom - kitted with double bed, mattress, bedside drawers, wardrobe, shelving, desk, chair, bookcase, bin and mirror. Rent includes all bills, internet, council tax and communal products.

Rent is £700 per calendar month (based on 1 person renting) and deposit is £550 which will be returned at the end of your stay if everything is left according to agreement.

Close to Glasgow uni, train station, bus links and shops.
Free on street parking.

About you
Be able to tidy and clean up after yourself. No loud or late parties (I don't mind you having a couple of friends round!) Ideally looking for someone for 1+ years.

A little about me
I'm 30 and working 2 jobs in Glasgow - both involve children!
I'm not a big party fan but like to hang out with friends and enjoy outdoor activities. I also have 2 cats so if you have an allergy, it's best to avoid this one!

A little about my current flatmate
Mid 20’s and just finished studying at Glasgow uni. Enjoys keeping active and going for walks.

This is a 3-bed flat so you will be sharing with both of us (plus 2 cats!)
