SUBLET: Lovely room to rent in West End

Hello, my flatmate is away for a few months and his room is available until August 31st.

We are chill, non party people living in calm and peaceful flat. We value each other’s space. We want someone very clean! The room is spacious with forest view.

There will be a bed in the bedroom before you arrive, our flatmates prefers to sleep on a mattress. There’s a balcony and the residence is super safe. Very quiet street, close to Glasgow uni.

This is for a Sublet from now until August 31st.

About us: We are both studying fine art photography at the Glasgow school of art, we like cinema and working out. We aren’t vegetarian (we don’t mind someone vegetarian or vegan as long as they don’t mind us cooking meat). International students, lgbtq+ friendly, open minded people. Etc etc
